To cancel an unpaid Dirt Works Australia order:
Login to Dirt Works Australia website using our credentials from the Supplier Tab on the store spreadsheet.
Go to My Orders, in the Account Summary tab.
Forward the generated Order Ticket to sales@dirtworks.com.au add the Order ID, and copy Accounts.
You should receive a confirmation email that the order has been successfully cancelled.
Ensure complete notes are added in Shopify, including the reason for cancellation and confirmation that the order has been cancelled. Tag accounts as necessary.
